I have always had a natural affinity to sport, fitness and anything movement. I was never a dancer or very graceful for that matter, but when it comes to training and self exploration slash enrichment I am definitely in and sometimes out of my element.
My adamant passion for anything health and wellness became an unstoppable force. Soon enough leading me to the world of personal training. Health and Wellness was a much younger industry in the late 90's but I was all over it (that line between obsession and truth) and I knew for sure that upon the completion of my International Business Degree (where spent more of my time, studying weight loss and nutrition than I did the 4 P's of marketing or the economics of purchasing power parity theories). I would not and could not spend hours per day sitting on my ass in a building with artificial lighting and air conditioning, striking a keyboard for someone else unless it was related to my lifes journey.
I can honestly say right here, with my hand on my heart. That my life work is dedicated to revealing my own well-being and sharing this knowledge and experience with others. At times it can be turbulent, but in remaining patient, open and willing to learn you slowly reveal your truth.
I have gift with working with people and understanding what it is they want from their lives. My job? to help them get there. How? using down to earth mentoring and coaching that enables people to feel comfortable and confident in who they already are.
As much as I would love to be an artist on canvas, I now know that my creative streak appeared in the form of movement, motivation, creative personal training programming and life coaching. Of course with trial and error like most things, we have to work on our weakness to discover and cultivate our strengths. Fused to Move is something that I can proudly say represents all aspects of me...
