Yin bodywork sessions are a great way to energise and start your week with a mind body connection. Using slow gentle flows and sequences we hold our postures while focusing on our breathe to create stillness in the mind and aliveness in the body.
Tuesday 8.30 am: Progressive Yoga
Progressive Yoga is a great way to improve mobility, stability and strength and explore the bodies potential. Classes start with a meditation and then we slowly build our way up to a more intense practice to prepare for more dynamic and challenging movement before bring it back down and reground ourselves.
Wednesday 9am: Progressive and Mobility Yoga for Crossfit CFCNX
Yoga For Cross Fitters: If you're into Cross Fit or other high intensity sports, then come and join a Fused to Move Progressive Yoga and Mobility class in Western Chiang Mai designed to specifically improve joint range. Being Mobile and Flexibile is the key to increasing, range of movement, and prevent injury. We work actively, dynamically and passively to release connective tissue and bound tension.
Saturday 8am: Flow Fitness, Nong Buak Hard Park - Chiang Mai Old City
Flow Fitness: Fused to move creates classes that are creative, dynamic, intuitive and focused on combining breath with movement. No two classes are the same but in essence are about improving ones flexibility with the component of strength.
