About Our 7 Day Detox Yoga and Fitness Retreats
In each 7 day Detox Yoga and Fitness Retreats we discover and experience a way to learn, live and play. We teach habits and techniques that are simple and easy to apply when returning home to everyday routine.
- We explore, movement, meditation and other aspects of the mind, including, breaking habits and replacing them with better ones, discipline, awareness and balance.
- We look at primal living - covering both raw food and primal or paleo nutrition, as well as aspects of living sustainably and reducing your carbon footprint.
- We named the retreat “finding your flow…” this because although we take you on a journey over the next week it ultimately up to you what you take from this. Ideas will resonate other will not. The idea here is to check in to your body and feel what is right for you.
The ultimate purpose of all our retreats is to;
