Womens Retreat Sydney
As Women we all know that we can at times become emotional, stressed out, and at a particular time of the month get irritated at the ‘small’ things, have cravings, over eat, need time away from partners and children and other domestic chores and just don’t quite get around to do something that gives back to yourself.
Be nice to yourself
After watching the sky turn from night to day this morning (yep. 5.30am), I went on my much anticipated sand run to kick start me in to my day. ~ I was thinking about a discussion I was having with some people at the retreat and the words 'be nice to your self' came rolling over me.
The Chi of Running
I wanted to introduce to the Chi of Running, or Chi Running. It came up randomly in a conversation I had with a random guy, while eating alone at a restaurant called Khun Churn in Chiang Mai (Yummy).
Are you being Mindful?
I'm sure its safe to say, that if your on the go, then your mind is too. We tend busy our lives up so that we can get the most out of our lives and fit in everything we think is important to us. We over commit, spread ourselves thin and like a cheap candle of no value to us we burn it at both ends.
