To box or not to box
I probably should just create a private opinion blog that allows me a forum for a little bit of cynicism, mixed with a touch of sarcasm and of course with a strong under current of eternal optimism...but I figured that this was the perfect space for one to get to know me and some of views on certain things... and heck, we all know we are entitled to our own opinions.

i miss sand running
If there is one thing I miss about Sydney, of course besides the obvious family and friends gig. It has to be sand running on Bondi Beach. Is the clean crisp fresh morning air and sand between my toes when I go for my morning sand run down at Bondi Beach 3 times per week and of course my sexy sand running buddy Helene

Charn Chai Muay Thai, Pai
For the next month I am doing some Muay Thai training at Charn Chai in a little town called Pai which is 3 hours North of Chiang Mai, Thailand. I have been traveling for 3 and bit months and have not done allot of cardio vascualr exercise, besides the odd trek here and there...Nothing really! compared to stepping in the ring one on one with a trainer and doing 2 x 2.5 hour sessions.
Raw Cashews
My God! these without a doubt, hands down would have to be my favourtie food. If I’m strapped for time or need a quick bite, I reach for raw cashews ..... and according to research, this is not such a bad thing. Sure they are high in fat & loaded with heaps of other goodies!
