To box or not to box
I probably should just create a private opinion blog that allows me a forum for a little bit of cynicism, mixed with a touch of sarcasm and of course with a strong under current of eternal optimism...but I figured that this was the perfect space for one to get to know me and some of views on certain things... and heck, we all know we are entitled to our own opinions.
Best of both worlds
For anyone that has the pleaseure of knowing me, it soon becomes apparent that I am open minded, diverse, flexible, adaptable and yes of course sometimes a little indecisive...only because I can see the beauty and benefit in doing things differently, non-conformingly (yes there is such a word) and of course with 'random spontanaiety' i.e. making things up as you go along.
City of Healing, Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai really is the perfect location for Health and Wellness. There is an abundance of practitioners offering different therapies all aimed at either healing the mind and body or improving your lifes perspective.
Flexibility for CrossFit
I moved to Chiang Mai about three weeks ago, and part of the appeal for selecting this location of all the possible locations in stunning Thailand to select, is that Chiang Mai hosts the only crossfit gym in the whole country. Sounds like a crazy plan...and YES! it is but it beats BKK by a long shot.
Charn Chai Muay Thai, Pai
For the next month I am doing some Muay Thai training at Charn Chai in a little town called Pai which is 3 hours North of Chiang Mai, Thailand. I have been traveling for 3 and bit months and have not done allot of cardio vascualr exercise, besides the odd trek here and there...Nothing really! compared to stepping in the ring one on one with a trainer and doing 2 x 2.5 hour sessions.
