So the first Superfood I will look at is one that I add to my Smoothie. Maca: Peruvian Superfood, though I actually use a raw cacao and maca blend. I can’t really taste it as I am sure the taste is subtle and the cacao more than likely has a stronger and more distinguishing flavour. Nevertheless the benefits of Maca: The Peruvian Superfood are priceless.

My God! these without a doubt, hands down would have to be my favourtie food. If I’m strapped for time or need a quick bite, I reach for raw cashews ..... and according to research, this is not such a bad thing. Sure they are high in fat & loaded with heaps of other goodies!
